Sukhothai Shanghai

Neri & Hu Design and Research Office was responsible for designing both the facade and interior of Sukhothai Shanghai, a luxury hotel brand from Thailand. The environmental concept revolves around an urban oasis, with designs intricately connected to nature and gardens.

Our task in the realm of graphics encompassed designing signage, UI for control panels, and environmental graphics such as pattern designs for tiles, carpets, and rugs.

The patterns integrated within the space aimed to modernize and simplify traditional patterns found in Thai Temples. These elements include lotus, lily, and lotus leaf motifs.
